**Essential Criteria for successful consideration**:

- A post-graduate degree in **Human Resources Management** or a related field in HR is highly preferred, Min Diploma in Human Resources or highly related field
- HIGH Proficiency in using MS Excel for PAYROLL AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION, including ADVANCED functions and formulas is essential ie: VLOOKUPS, HLOOKUPS, percentages, ratios, pivot tables, graphs and reports)
- Must come from Professional Services or Corporate or Higher Education
- MIN 5 years HR Generalist experience at mid-level NOT HR Assistant/Administrator level
- Proficient in the following HR Functions are non-negotiable**:Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, HR Compliance (Policies and Procedures) and Employee Benefits Administration.**
