Payroll Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a payroll administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.
**REQUIRMENTS**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll with experience and knowledge in dealing with the metals bargaining council (Non-Negotiable)
- Exposure and experience in compliance for **Meibc/Mibfa and Tax Law**
- Proficient in MS Office (Advanced excel skills) and working experience in **Sage Pastel Payroll software**
- Ability to **multitask **and work independently in a **highly pressurised deadline driven environment**
- Accurate and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accounting administration background will be to your advantage. (Invoicing, Debtors,)
- Own Transport preferred.
- Reside in Cape Town Southern Suburbs and surrounds distinct advantage.
**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Processing of Timesheets and payroll
- Month End Reconciliation and submission of Mibfa Contributions
- Month end EMP 201 / Yearly EMP 501 reconciliation
- Leave / Shift consolidation and record keeping
- Completion of UI19 and bargaining council withdrawal forms
