The General Manager oversees department managers and their staff, as well as the employees within the office.

The general manager is also responsible for the well-being of the company's financial growth and stability in terms of making profit or loss.


  • Managing the performance of Department Managers and their employees.
  • Sustaining current market position and growing market share for the business.
  • Creating business plans to support the company's financial objectives.
  • Supporting sales teams, department managers and key account managers in retention of existing clients.
  • Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear implementation plans.
  • Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit.
  • Anticipate internal and external client needs and develop proactive solutions.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend improvements.
  • Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
  • Generate business, cost and employee reports to management.
  • Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates, issues and recommendations.
  • Respond to employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.
  • Assist in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.
  • Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization
  • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
  • Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
  • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
  • Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
  • Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
  • Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
  • Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
  • Report key results to Owners.
  • Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
  • Strategic planning of Sales goals
  • Strategic planning and reporting of various departments: Sales, Customers Services, QA, Clients and retention,
  • Compliance preferably within the BPO environment
  • Senior Management experience within a BPO environment
  • Strategic problem solver who is able to optimize the business with the understanding of what is expected of each department.
  • Mobilize critical points of focus by implementing and following through on tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication particularly in the management of staff, leading staff.
  • Solid presentation skills and ability to explain complex processes to an audience. 3. Expert in financial management and persistent business will to succeed.
