**Our client within the metal recycling industry, requires a Procurement Administrator with at least 2 years’ relevant experience and a tertiary qualification. Good organising skills are essential as well as **Civil purchasing experience**.**
**Requirements**:
- Must have a Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain Management Certificate (NQF6), Diploma or Degree.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Procurement.
- Must be computer literate (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must have good organisational skills.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Take responsibility for keeping the vendors database up to date.
- Assist the Department in administrative duties.
- Maintain efficient filing systems.
- Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with suppliers.
- Operate with the highest standards of integrity.
- Follow the Company's policies and procedures.
- Perform duties required by your designated Manager.
- Function as part of a team.
- Ensure total confidentiality of all information, internal and external, pertaining to the business of the Company, all its Employees and Management.
- Actively promote a positive working environment and a sense of belonging among all staff.
- Become familiar with, comply with and promote all company policies, procedures and administrative processes.
- Utilise work time productively to meet the company's objectives.
- Promote a positive and professional company image at all times.
- Perform all necessary computer functions.
