Procurement Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Communication and Networking**:

- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers through effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless communication and on-time deliveries.

**2. Organizational Skills**:

- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a focus on prioritization.
- Effectively manage the administration of accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prioritize order processing and maintain meticulous document management.

**3. Problem Solving**:

- Showcase adept problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Inventory team to manage stock levels efficiently.

**4. Technical Proficiency**:

- Possess sound knowledge of general office administration procedures.
- Showcase strong computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

**5. Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct rigorous quality checks to uphold product standards.
- Coordinate returns or replacements promptly when necessary.

**6. Financial Coordination**:

- Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate coding of invoices to respective jobs.
- Facilitate seamless tracking of expenses for improved financial transparency.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement administration and/or buying within the manufacturing and production industry.
- Prior experience in the aluminum sector is highly desirable.
