**Main purpose of position**
Currently we are looking for an HR Coordinator in Cape Town, South Africa to be part of our global team working together towards our vision
- **Improving our future.** The Coordinator Admin will provide, coordinate and ensure efficient and professional office administration. As part of the People and Organisation department the Coordinator Admin will contribute to an employee-orientated; high performance culture and work environment that emphasizes empowerment, equality, productivity, and alignment towards implementation of global strategies and local priorities.

**Main responsibilities**
- Within defined scope (site, function, country etc.) the Coordinator P&O will contribute in all areas of HR and play a key role to ensure quality and efficiency
- Employee relations and people practise with an understanding and contribution in the full employee lifecycle
- Data analytics, technology, and ways of working
- Ensure quality in data in various HR data system and provide system training and support to colleagues and manage
- HR operations and processes implementation to Ensure efficient HR administration including employment contract and consultancy agreements
- Ensure appropriate support and regulatory compliance for relocations and work permitting matters

**Qualifications and competencies**
- Minimum**: Advanced diploma in Human Resource Management or similar
- 3 years’ general HR administration experience in an international matrix organisation
- Excellent IT knowledge - familiar with HR system(s) and SharePoint
- Excellent administrative skills, structured
- Employee relations and people practice
- Data analytic, technology and ways of working
- Performance development and talent management
- Learning &Development
- Organisational Development and design
- Recruitment and resourcing
- Compensation & Benefits
- Experience of working on projects that have involved the introduction of new ways of working / processes / methodologies into a business

**Additional information**:

- Should be available and accustomed to travel both domestically and internationally to 3rd world countries
- Must be able to work in an open plan environment
- Must be able to work extended hours when required
