HR Coordinator

**We have an exciting opportunity within our Human R**esources Team in ONE**:
**Areas of Responsibilities**:
- **Provide support as required to the company Compliance Officer, such as monitoring completion of all compliance courses**:
- **Coordinate and monitor implementation of the Employee Handbook,Implement policies and procedures which improve legislative compliance and further reduce exposure to risk.**:
- **Support and advise employees, managers and external parties with regard to all operational human resource issues in line with the company’s HR policies and local legislation, in close coordination with HR Manager without compromising the organization’s standards of privacy and confidentiality.**:
- **Analyze data and prepare reports for management, to meet legal obligations, or for external agencies. Issue standard confirmations, certificates and references if and when applicable in the respective countries.**:
- **First point of contact for all office supplier contracts.**:
- **Maintain contract management database**:
- **Provide support to Head of HR and General Affairs including Management of GA on issues including GA policies and procedures;Travel arrangements; Coordination of company car and cars maintenance (insurance, service visits, damages reports, fuel cards etc.); office supplies and office maintenance.**:
- **Prepares the monthly payroll, in compliance with legislation, conducting the necessary processes for payment of the various components of salary.**:
- **Responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as employee guarantee fund, social security, income tax, labour dues, etc.**:
- **Cooperate closely with external payroll providers, if applicable.**:
- **Ensure compliance with local legislation.**:
- **Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure.**:
- **Ensure department’s filing system is regularly updated and maintained**:
- **Participate in HR related projects as a project member to support the delivery of the project milestones and deliverables.**:
- **Organisation of company-wide events and occasional celebrations**:
**Areas of Responsibilities**:
- **Degree/diploma in human resources or related field is a must**:
- **3 - 5 years of experience in HR with payroll exposure**:
- **Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.**:
- **Proficient with office and excel sheets or related software.**:
- **Good organizational and planning skills**:
- **Sound knowledge of labour legislation**:
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:
- **Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills**:
- **Accuracy and good eye for detail**:
- **Customer orientated**:
