**Regional Sales Representative**:

- Country/Region: ZA- Location: Germiston, GT, ZA, 1609We’re looking for a driven individual, a real hunter with experience of B2B selling who can turbo charge and drive the success of ZF Aftermarket in the SADC region excl. South Africa. We need a superstar with a history of great results and knows how to deliver rapid growth. You will need to be driven, confident and ambitious and willing to travel.

**Your main tasks as a Regional Sales Representative**:

- Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling B2B business services into large businesses.
- Organised, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling Trade products into SME and large businesses.
- Ability to establish and maintain a high profile in the industry and network with organizations and customers.
- A born negotiator, able to navigate contracts and blockers to get deals closed.
- Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers.
- Visit customers and develop long term relationships to understand current & future needs. Act as voice-of-the-customer back into ZF Aftermarket regionally and globally.
- Play a key role in annual and long-term strategic planning with growth initiatives by identifying potential new business and customers.
- Experience on-boarding clients and account management would be advantageous.
- Cold calling.
- Achieve individual targets.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
- Multi-national business background, with firm grasp of financial measurements is a must. Strong knowledge of pricing, margins, discounts and overhead/cost structures.

**Your profile **as a Regional Sales Representative**:

- Suitably qualified for this role.
- 4+ years’ experience in fast paced B2B Sales.
- Previous experience in the Automotive Vehicle market is required.
- Experience in Passenger Car and Commercial vehicle products sales.
- Established business network in SADC would be advantageous.
- Professional written and verbal Communication.
- Interpersonal skills, good communication skills and experience in customer liaison.
