- Conduct cost-benefit and needs assessments for existing/potential customers to address their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, positive business relationships with clients.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Analyze the market's potential, monitor sales, and update status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competition, and opportunities for new products/services.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and marketing trends.
- Continuously enhance performance based on feedback.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Post Grade 12 certification is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
- Own Vehicle
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Representative
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles, with the ability to cultivate fruitful professional ties.
- Highly driven by goals with a solid sales record
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Effective in prioritization, time management, and organization
- Adept at tailoring presentations to suit specific audiences
- Skilled in relationship management and receptive to feedback
