Your main tasks as a Regional Sales Representative:

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling B2B business services into large businesses.
  • Organised, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling Trade products into SME and large businesses.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high profile in the industry and network with organizations and customers.
  • A born negotiator, able to navigate contracts and blockers to get deals closed.
  • Generate new sales leads and acquire new customers.
  • Visit customers and develop long term relationships to understand current & future needs. Act as voiceofthecustomer back into ZF Aftermarket regionally and globally.
  • Play a key role in annual and longterm strategic planning with growth initiatives by identifying potential new business and customers.
  • Experience onboarding clients and account management would be advantageous.
  • Cold calling.
  • Achieve individual targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Multinational business background, with firm grasp of financial measurements is a must. Strong knowledge of pricing, margins, discounts and overhead/cost structures.

Your profile as a Regional Sales Representative**:

  • Suitably qualified for this role.
  • 4+ years' experience in fast paced B2B Sales.
  • Previous experience in the Automotive Vehicle market is required.
  • Experience in Passenger Car and Commercial vehicle products sales.
  • Established business network in SADC would be advantageous.
  • Professional written and verbal Communication.
  • Interpersonal skills, good communication skills and experience in customer liaison.
