**Your main tasks as a Technical Sales Representative is**:

- Develop business relationships with IAM customers to promote the sale of ZF Aftermarket parts.
- Achieve sales budgets as set by the Company for all respective customers.
- Gather market intelligence.
- Warranty Adjudications.
- Conduct Product training with focus on features, advantages and benefits of all products.
- Sales calls on trade customers, promoting ZF Aftermarket brands product offer.

**Your profile **as a Technical Sales Representative**:

- Matric
- Commercial and Technical background in Automotive industry
- At least 5 years’ sales experience in Automotive Aftermarket industry
- Warranty adjudication would be advantageous.
- Valid code driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office Packages.
- Good communication skills, relationship building and experience in customer liaison.
- Strong Negotiation skills
- High attention to detail, self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit to grow the business.
