Seeking a young, energetic female admin assistant (prefereably aged 23 - 30) to the PA to the Chairman of a financial company.
- Well spoken and presented
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Confident and tenacious
- Time management
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Flexible and able to respond to tasks swiftly

The position's job description includes:

- Assisting the PA in making travel and accommodation arrangements for the Chairman and Directors, as well as all related tasks
- Assisting with admin work, reports, data capturing
- Liaising with people on behalf of the company
- Ad hoc duties from the PA, Directors and upper management

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric certificate
- A secretarial diploma is an advantage
