Job Position: Admin Assistant

Location: Port Elizabeth (Markman)

**Salary**: R8 000 - R9 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Matric Certificate
- Excel experience essential
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Sage Evolution experience beneficial

Key Performance Areas:

- Accurately record and track daily load information
- Confirm and validate invoice numbers for accuracy
- Scan and file documentation for each load systematically
- Record and manage in and out bookings in the delivery notebook
- Verify and cross-check delivery note numbers
- Maintain and update medical reports for each driver
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock control
- Track and follow up on permit expiration and renewal dates
- Scan and file permit documentation for easy access and retrieval
- Process and manage claims related to incidents
- Liaise with drivers and controllers regarding loads and medical issues
- Calculate and manage local incentives per vessel
- Organize and maintain filing for each vessel
- Update and follow up on medical reports for drivers
- Prepare and manage invoices

Pay: R8 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
