Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.
- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Manage and organize files on OneDrive.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OneDrive.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
