**Position Overview**
To play an integral role in providing a full HR assistant service to the HR department and to support the HR Team in managing all stages of the employee life cycle.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain up to date organisation charts on the intranet and on RGA Connect
- General filing of confidential paperwork both electronically and in hard copy to personal files.
- Process and code invoices relating to HR
- Assist in arranging training and development programs.
- Support HR in the implementation of key projects.
- Provide employee references, if/when, required
- Ensure monthly audit of Workday
- Provide support to the HR Systems Support team with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any changes to the HRIS system.
- Effectively manage the Workday HR system to ensure personnel data is current, accurately maintained, includes required supporting documentation and complies with relevant policies and regulations and provision of accurate employee data for reporting purposes.
- Maintains and ensures accuracy and compliance of Workday change requests.
- Creates and maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provides logístical support for internal training as required, including maintaining attendance registers and the Learning Management System (LMS).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or National Higher Diploma in Human Resources
- Excellent administrative skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- High-level organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing demands effectively.
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
