HR Facilitator Job Description

At Armstrong Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Facilitator to join our team. As an HR Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our employees and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with line managers to develop talent for performance and succession
  • Mentor individuals at all levels, including facilitating 360-degree feedback and supporting development plans
  • Coach staff at all levels on employee relations issues in conjunction with central HR
  • Contribute to strategic retention discussions
  • Facilitate graduate development through our in-house graduate programme
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 2-3 years of experience in an OD/Coaching/Training/HR Generalist context or related experience
  • HR Generalist experience
  • Experience in training and development
  • Mentoring and coaching skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Organized and able to execute the implementation of HR projects
  • Computer literate with excellent Excel skills
