This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented HR Graduate Trainee to support our HR team in various aspects of HR, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for HR.

Talent Management and Development

The HR Graduate Trainee will assist in the implementation of global talent initiatives and tools, co-facilitate trainings, and support the performance management philosophy and tools.

The successful candidate will also support the development of Red Bull's employee experience approach, including the engagement survey, outcomes, and action plans.

Recruitment

The HR Graduate Trainee will ensure a first-class recruitment and selection process experience for both candidates and hiring managers. They will partner with hiring managers to ensure accurate information is used for the recruitment process and conduct professional performance/strengths-based interviews.

The successful candidate will also analyse the success and improvement areas and develop targeted recruitment initiatives.

Employee Relations

The HR Graduate Trainee will work with the HR team to handle related employee matters and ensure a pragmatic solution for both the employee and business.

The successful candidate will also keep up to date with employment legislation and manage compliance, ensuring that HR policies are communicated in a timely manner in line with local requirements.

Systems & Data

The HR Graduate Trainee will use and maintain relevant global and local HR systems and local HR data to ensure 100% data quality to enable the right insights and decisions.

The successful candidate will also support the planning cycle for HR and utilise data and insights to analyse and share HR reporting & KPI's with key stakeholders.

Business Partnering

The HR Graduate Trainee will support people managers to be best in class across the HR Value Chain and ensure adoption and execution of the global HR philosophies driving manager ownership and responsibility for all people-related topics.

The successful candidate will also provide insights and analysis on people-related measures to guide and develop key people focus areas for the business.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, a history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements, and an entrepreneurial spirit with a 'go-getter' mentality.

They will also have excellent communication skills, an open and solution-oriented mindset, and be fluent in English (written, spoken), with additional languages considered a plus.
