Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Recruitment and Selection
- Identifying Human Capital trends and implement interventions
- Ensuring IR processes are handled in the most professional and dignified manner
- Supporting/ implementing change management initiatives
- Continuous improvement of the HR division
- HR metrics & reporting
- Business Partnering
- Implementing HR policies, procedures and practices for allocated Business Units
- Governance and compliance
- Project Management
- Workforce scheduling

**Qualifications**:

- HR Diploma would be essential
- Bachelors Degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent would be advantageous

**Experience**:

- At least 5 years as an HR Practitioner with an additional 3 years HR business partnering experience
- Proficient in HR technologies
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
