**Internship**:
The internship is for students with a financial background, your main job will be assisting the bookkeeper with daily office administration. Tasks will include general filing, assisting with counting money for staff cash-ups, checking credit card reports for each staff member and data capturing.

**Student profile**:
We are looking for a well organized student that has a strong interest in finance and preferable some experience in administration. You are eager to learn and are able to quickly adapt to the company’s procedures of hostel administration.

**Field of study**:
Hotel | Hospitality | Tourism | Leisure

**Daily tasks**:

- Assisting the bookkeeper with daily office administration
- Assisting with cash ups of the lodge
- Monitoring staff sales and identifying discrepancies
- Analyzing the income and expenses of the travel centre (tour sales)
- Assisting in coming up with a streamlined booking procedure
- Running reports from our property management system
- Ad-hoc tasks

**Student is/has**:

- Great administrative skills
- Interest in the financial side of a company
- Masters a proficient level of English both verbal and written
- Eager to learn
- Quick to adapt
