**Role summary**:
The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish the brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term departmental goals. An expert Marketing strategist, able to inspire team members.
Ultimately, the Head of Marketing will run the Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
**Daily Responsibilities**:
- The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire marketing department’s:
- Acquisition
- Retention
- Product
- Retail Marketing
- Each of the above areas has a responsible team or employee. The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing, managing and assisting these departments in alignment with the marketing and brand strategy.
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals.
- Brief, manage and approve the weekly digital plans, working closely with the marketing team to fully understand all digital channels and needs.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Build a complete understanding of advertising law, in order to ensure that we remain compliant across all touch points.
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
- The Head of Marketing is responsible for driving Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), minimizing Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and driving turnover and Revenue through any means appropriate - in accordance with the marketing strategy.
- The ultimate customer advocate. Understands the end-to-end customer journey and is fully focused on on great customer experience.
- Ability to find innovative ways to drive customer engagement with the brands.
- Encourages effective communication across the team and wider organisation; provides clarity through communication and is able to inspire and relate to individuals at all levels of the organisation.

**Requirements**:
- Work experience as Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing
- Expert in the sports betting industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field advantageous
