ROLE:
As the digital marketing head, you will run the department as an entrepreneur within the business. There is no red tape or months-long waits to get things approved for testing. Each day, you will get to work hand in hand with the CEO to build the company and grow the brand.

The primary responsibility of the digital marketing head is to assess our corporate digital/interactive marketing profile, then architect and orchestrate a content-driven, trackable campaign to enhance our visibility - leading to audience engagement and, ultimately, leads. This individual will also be responsible for tracking and reporting results, and therefore needs to be fluent in digital analytics tools.

The Digital Marketing Head needs to be up-to-date on the latest trends in content and social media and what types of content resonate best in specific platforms. They also work with Members to best understand their “voice” to ensure the most effective delivery of messages. You should also possess an understanding of social advertising campaign management and optimization.

You will collaborate closely and call on other Account Team members (Project Manager, Social Media Manager, Content Writer, and Account Manager) based on expertise and as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Owns all of Corporate Marketing Lead Generation, including research & adjustments
- Overseas a team of data entry employees in the Philippines
- Monitors ad spend agreed upon and stays within budget.
- Overseas corporate SEO resource - focusing on metrics (rankings, traffic, website leads)
- Partners
- Lead daily huddles with his/her team
- A daily check-in with Sales
- Weekly 1:1’s with Senior Marketing Manager
- PH
- Weekly 1:1’s with CEO
- Weekly Team Leader meeting
- Oversee the nurture of clients
- Overseas the content strategy

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years experience as a Digital Strategist, Social Media Manager, or the equivalent within a marketing/digital agency.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Proven experience implementing and managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve
- Flexible and resourceful
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Experience working within digital/related media (FaceBook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, HootSuite, Optimization, Google AdWords, MailChimp)
- Experience planning/mapping websites
- Experience with G-Suite and Mac Office environments

Compensation:

- Compensation for this role will be paid on a salary basis
- Compensation will be provided on a bi-weekly basis
