Recruitment has traditionally been seen as a necessary evil. We don't think it should be. We started

Your Talent Solutions in 2019 to create a recruitment agency that's not only valued but liked by our

client-partners. Being 'likeable' in recruitment isn't always easy, but that's part of the

challenge. Your Talent Solutions is a recruitment outsourcing company that partners with

organisations and supports their talent strategies. We work in a similar way to an agency, our

Recruiters fill jobs for clients, but we also help clients to fill their own roles and to build

effective processes using technology, data and their own brand.

Your Talent Solutions is based in an office in the Cotswolds, UK, although our team and Recruiters

all work remotely both within and outside the UK. We work for free with some clients within the

charities, keyworker and healthcare sectors, and we build lasting and collaborative relationships.

This is not your usual recruitment business.

**About the role**:
This is where it will either switch you off from applying, or make you slightly more curious:
We need you to help us with that, forming the role and the job description. And the job title for

that matter, we don't really have them.

We currently spend money on marketing activity, aimed at engaging and bringing in more clients. It's

less about awareness and more about generating revenue, because that's how we've thought we needed

to prioritise. We use partners to help us engage with prospective clients, to help us generate

newsletters and content, and we try and attend events to speak and share knowledge where we can.

This is where you will come in, to help us formulate a strategy, implement it and own the key

elements of the outreach as well as help us refine and amplify our voice in the market. You'll boss

the tools we have, evolve how we use them, and come up with ingenious ideas of using them

differently or new tools to replace them with even greater effect. Your target will be attracting

prospective clients' attention, through a value exchange, interesting content, consistency and a

tone of voice that reflects why and how we're not quite the same as other businesses in our market.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- All social media including LinkedIn. Do we use it? Yes. Is it boring? Yes. Please help us

not be boring
- Developing and refining our tone of voice and messaging to prospective clients, and managing

the tools that we currently use or may use in the future
- Outreach campaign management
- Our website. We quite like it, it's new, but that's not to say we can't do more with it
- Making people curious about YTS

**About you**:
turn your hand to it. You will be creative and resourceful with the budget, but also passionate

enough to drive internal discussions towards new ideas, bigger budgets or alternative solutions to

solve the key challenges. Ideally, you'll know a little about social media targeting and generating

And you'll be flexible because as a small business, we often wear many hats. Whilst your work will

ultimately be aimed at generating opportunities, you won't be a salesperson, so don't worry. We have

someone to do that, we just need you to work with them so that when they meet and speak to someone,

that person is already curious.

**Remuneration**:
Depending upon experience we will pay 19,000 ZAR per month - 24,000 ZAR per month. On top of that is

a discretionary quarterly and annual bonus which we can discuss when we meet. What we can't offer is

a corporate ladder, yet. You'll be top of the tree in your field here. But what we can offer is

equity and a stake in the business in the future, an opportunity to genuinely own something

important in terms of the business operation, and a chance to make a difference.
