We are looking to hire high energetic, motivated and curious talent to join one of our early-stage EdTech ventures within the portfolio at Blenheim Chalcot, the world's leading digital venture builder.
You will have a unique opportunity to be part of our newest EdTech ventures as they continue to scale - offering the energy and excitement of start-up life, the intellectual challenge and variety of building a new venture and the influence and opportunities that come with it.
**Requirements**:
- Considering recent graduates who have gained commercial experience in project management or administrative roles.
- The ability to use online platforms such as Zoom and Asana, and can learn how to use other online project management tools quickly.
- Is able to demonstrate high EQ, and be compassionate and supportive in nature
- Give evidence of the ability to be a self-starter and be able to adapt to multiple roles in a variety of high-pace environments
- A passion for building your network and capacity to work well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels

**Duties**:
- Work within the Red Team - Blenheim Chalcot's innovative training venture.
- Help manage and coordinate the creation of dynamic, interactive session materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with session facilitators that include experienced corporate businesspeople and world-class academics.Help to find training facilitators within the UK time zone that would like to be a part of the Blenheim Chalcot ecosystem.

**The process**:
We have a rigorous recruitment process which we use for all our roles to ensure we attract the very best and diverse talent.
This will involve an initial telephone conversation, followed by a "day-in-the-life" task where you will meet with that businesses management team and the CEO over 2 stages. We aspire for every person invited into an interview to find the process as interesting and engaging as we no doubt will.
