**The Internship Role**

The internship position should be fulfilled for a minimum of six months, thereafter an extension can be negotiated. If there is a vacancy within the team or a different team which the intern would be suitable to fulfill, a permanent job offer would be considered.

**Overview of this role**:
The role of the Learning and Development Intern within Incubeta is to facilitate and administer the needs of the Global Learning and Development team.

**Place Wi**thin Organisation**
- Reports to the Global L&D Manager
- Works internally with other Global L&D team members, line managers and in-market teams and externally with clients.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Working independently to perform day-to-day tasks and planning accordingly to ensure weekly responsibilities are completed against agreed priority levels.
- Ensuring work is delivered against agreed deadlines and of high-quality standards.
- Specifically, assisting the Global L&D team with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

- Upkeep of the LMS:

- Regularly audit and constantly maintain the LMS.
- Setting up learning plans.
- Create course shells when required on the LMS
- Upload relevant content to respective courses.
- Upload training recordings, slide decks and other learning materials onto the LMS.
- Support:

- Provide 1:1 support of basic administrative functions on all L&D platforms and authoring tool
- Assist with the troubleshooting and problem-solving of the various LMS platforms to ensure they are resolved within a reasonable period.
- Provide feedback on opportunities that are sought out to improve or enhance the LMS.
- Training:

- Offer suggestions for training needs to improve the output of the teams.
- Ensure training templates are kept up to date with time, branding, new features and content is reflecting accurately on the authoring tool.
- Delivers global and regional internal training sessions as needed
- Administration:

- Ensure that all files within the training drive are well organised and easy to navigate so relevant training resources and templates are easily accessible.
- Assist with the formatting of external training materials and send out promptly e.g. workbooks, recordings, Google Sites.

**Additional Tasks and Projects (ad hoc and not limited to the below)**
- Implement and document new projects, ensuring project milestones are reached on time whilst maintaining a high quality standard.
- Suggesting and updating existing procedures and workflows, documenting such workflows.
- Creating, updating and contributing towards 'playbooks' and 'how to guides for training resources e.g. authoring tool and the LMS.
- Create, edit and update learning resources such as slide decks, workbooks, infographics and resource hubs

- Relevant tertiary qualification related to the role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tech-savvy and quick learner.
- Resourceful, eager to learn and takes initiative.
- Excellent time management and strong ability to work well within a team and self managed environment.
