Asset Management Administrator

Cape Town, South Africa CallForce BPO Specialist Full time

**Asset Management and Procurement Administrator**
- Responsible for managing the hardware and software requirements of the company
- Ensuring company equipment is allocated to the relevant department as required
- Managing the movement of equipment within all regions to mitigate risk of potential loss
- Works closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing is received for the purchase of all equipment
- Manage vendor partners to ensure agreed upon service levels are adhered to
- Maintain strict control measures in the form of an asset register
- Immediately report any deviations to the Head of IR
- Ensure the appropriate approval steps are followed when purchasing equipment and other hardware

**You will need**
- At least 2 years experience in same or similar role
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
