Asset & Logistics Administrator

**Role Purpose**
To conduct the role of Asset & Logistics Administrator responsible for administratively receiving, vetting, capturing and dispensing all relevant information and assets that will be used by Metropolitan financial advisors.
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Office Management or similar
- 2 - 5 years in financial services industry (essential)
- 2 - 5 years in a logistics & administration position (preferential)
- Must be computer literate (MS Office 365, Google Sheet and be proficient in standard computer usage)
- Financial services industry knowledge preferential

- Be available to work during and outside of business core hours
- Ability to self-manage and be available consistently
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**Warehousing**:
- Receiving assets from procurement process, logging, vetting, capturing and storage of assets
- Receiving assets daily returned to Head Office from Branch Managers & PA’s logged as repairs and returned as a result of resignations; logging, vetting, capturing & storage of assets
- To manage the stock levels of all assets in the storeroom and request addition through Technology Enablement Manager to ensure stock is available when required
- Relationship management with external vendors
**Asset Register & Database management**:
- Logging & capturing information regarding assets received from procurement process and field (Branch Managers and Advisors) onto auditable and clearly understandable asset register
- Filing & storing of documents and updating techniques
- To conduct monthly audits of stock levels and database to ensure that all captured information in that month is correct
- Daily scanning and accurate record keeping of all devices coming in and leaving the warehouse of RTO and vendor stock and repair
**Dispensing**:
- Ensure that assets authorised to leave stores are delivered in a safe, effective and efficient manner
- To ensure that assets are checked & dispatched in full according to checklists
- To conduct dispatch duties when required such as boxing & shipping
- Diaries ordering, packing and distribution
- Ordering of printing material for Channel
**Incident/Request Management**:
- To manage communication and correspondence with sources of request to keep them up to date on progress of their request
**Reporting**:
- To competent, aware & able to provide all information regarding assets when requested
- To send out a daily report on received & dispensed assets, IT configuration work and IT repair work including assets that have gone through capturing and IT vetting processes
- To send out a monthly report on all devices processed (receiving, dispensing & IT prepping)
