Job overview
My client in the wholesale bakery industry, is looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join their team in Bellville.
Areas of Responsibility (Your duties will include but are not limited to)
- General administration duties as required, filing, invoicing, calls to clients, communication with clients re deliveries, answering of telephone calls, etc.
- Full creditors and debtors function
- Bookkeeping to balance sheet
- Capturing customer and supplier invoices
- Contact retailers re orders/stock
- Creating, updating and maintaining records and databases
- Record keeping of meetings
- Assist with weekly/monthly stocktakes
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
Educational Background
- Proven work experience as an Administration Manager essential
- Minimum Grade 12
- Proficient in SAGE
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Afrikaans & English
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook & Microsoft teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude
- Own transport essential
