**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure fulfillment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions
- Facilitate all administrative related duties
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to Requirements and Qualifications
- Weekly status updates with ROHRM
- Formulate and compile relevant reports

**Qualifications**:
Any administrative support or recruitment - related qualification is preferable

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 1 Year experience in administrative support in recruitment or related areas (would be preferable)
- 1 Year experience in retail (would be preferable)
- Experience and knowledge in sourcing suitable talent and interviewing
- Excellent Planning and Organizing skills
- Strong time management skills
