Applications for the post of Administrative Officer: Assets, are invited from dynamic and vibrant professionals who constantly strive for personal growth and self-improvement. Applicants must be client and service oriented with proven prior administrative experience.
- Verification of assets within Residential Services
- Ensure assets within residences are in good working order and report and facilitate maintenance and/or repairs through Cluster Co-ordinators
- Record keeping & reporting on assets on applicable electronic systems
- Assist the Procurement Officer with administration relating to procurement, relocation, maintenance, discarding, write-offs of assets, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager: Placement & Administration
**Minimum Requirements**
- A relevant post-matric qualification
- A minimum of two (2) years' administrative experience
- Experience relative to assets administration and or facilities administration would be advantageous
- A valid drivers licence
- Planning and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and without supervision
- High-levels of attention to detail
