**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an Account Manager with a hospitality background to support our strategic growth objectives. This in-office position involves managing existing accounts, overseeing complex installations, developing implementation plans, and liaising with customers to ensure their needs are met. The role also requires actively upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

**Key Requirements**:

- Own transport and a valid driver's license are essential.
- Willingness to learn and work hard in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late afternoons, or evenings as needed.
- Ability to handle pressure and take responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:
You will serve as the primary point of contact between our internal teams and customers, responsible for creating job cards and developing detailed implementation plans to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Maintain relationships with current accounts and promote Semper’s products and services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Gather client feedback and offer advice on complex design work.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills, including writing proposals, reports, and managing project documentation.
- Ensure quality standards for delivered solutions or installations.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with vendors.
- Take full ownership of delivering solutions.
- Provide input and guidance to continuously improve internal systems, services, and processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong client focus, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and consult clients.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Reliable transport is essential.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not compulsory.
- A "go-getter" attitude and a willingness to learn will make you a great fit for this role.
