Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting and Advertising: Draft and post job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms. Ensure that job descriptions are clear and accurate.

Background Checks and References: Coordinate background checks and reference checks.

Recruitment Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and analyse data to track key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

Collaborative Support: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field

**FLUENT** in English and Afrikaans

At least 1 year of Experience as a Recruitment Administrator or in a similar role.

Experience with (ATS) applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Careers24, Ditto, Indeed).

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communicator

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Must be able to work in a team
