**Recruiting Administrator**

The Recruiting Admin assists in executing plans, coordinates and conducts the interview, alignment and onboarding activities of an assigned area. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work is performed within broadly defined areas of regulations and procedures, and may be reviewed and monitored by superiors or auditors. **Discretion and confidentiality is required.**

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:include but are not limited to the following:

- Multitasking skills is a MUST
- Maintains applicant logs in compliance with company standards
- Prepares and delivers offer letters
- Conducts post-offer screenings to include reference checking, background screening and other screening/testing as needed
- Makes outbound and receives inbound calls to discuss current opportunities within ACT
- Ensures reputation of employer of choice in marketplace
- Coordinates and monitors activities to suggest and implement new and existing policies, procedures, and practices within area of responsibility
- Maintains effective relationships with Operations/Business Units
- Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities to reach objectives and goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professionalism

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng (preferred)
