**1.** **MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
The Finance Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing office support, clerical, and daily bookkeeping tasks to ensure the company is up to date with anything account related.
**2.** **SCOPE OF THIS JOB/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Sending bank statements,
- Customer payment confirmations
- Recons
- Sending customer statements
- Manual cash book
- Cash up of daily cash purchases
- Banking
- Follow up on account customers debt to be paid
- Ensure compliance with Finance procedure and minimise cost
- Assist all customer internally & externally in a friendly and efficient manner
- Deliver exceptional services that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast and effectively.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company

**4.** **QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in accounts
- Grade 12 and relevant finance administration qualification
- Previous experience on Pastel or SAGE 200 Evolution will be advantageous.
- Sound Excel skills at Intermediate to Advance level.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: R10,000.00 per month
