Accounts Payable Administrator

Location: Sandton

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Capture and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Load and manage payment transactions on ABSA banking systems.
- Perform supplier reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.
- Monthly reporting using provided templates, requiring data entry and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Matric with relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within the property industry.
- Proficiency in MDA software (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly reporting deadlines.
- Valid experience with ABSA payment systems is an advantage.
