**Experience and Qualifications**
Strong experience in administrative tasks
Experience in Microsoft Office
Experience in using CRM systems
Basic accounts experience preferred
Excellent telephone etiquette
Computer literate
Own car is essential

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and customer inquiries
Utilize the CRM system to allocate payments and manage invoicing
Provide support to the accounts function as required
Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Work with the team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time
Manage the wholesale of leather - import from overseas and sell it
