**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Support Role**:
Proactively engage with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and offer support.

Maintain regular communication with clients, touching base quarterly to assess their needs.

Update and maintain a spreadsheet of client details, both old and new.

Advise clients on new products and upsell opportunities, aligning with their business objectives.

Act as the initial point of contact for incoming customer issues and address queries promptly.

**2. Technical Support Role**:
Provide timely and effective technical support to new and existing clients, resolving queries on the same day.

Respond promptly to incoming technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid product adoption.

Address queries from the website and work phone promptly.

**3. Website and Marketing**:
Monitor and maintain the company website to ensure its effective functionality.

Respond promptly to website queries and calls, providing assistance and support.

Uphold the website's look and feel, making updates as required.

**Job Skills**:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Be presentable and able to hold your own in a business environment.

Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.

Effective time management and organizational capabilities.

A comprehensive understanding of all Freshworks products.

Proficiency in verbally discussing and demonstrating product features to clients.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or a related role.

Familiarity with Freshworks products is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
