We are looking to recruit a Key Accounts Coordinator to work within our Merchandise Department. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and report to the Key Account Manager.
**Job description**:
**Job Purpose**:
Support Key Accounts Executive and manage accurate and timeously billing process of trade events, such as trade terms and other income as well as advertising income in line with Clicks Group accounting principles and internal audit requirements.
**Job Objectives**:
- Ensure accurate and timeous capturing of all contractual trading agreements and all advertising income in relevant systems as per agreed Clicks billing cycle.
- Ensure all billing is supported by required documentation and approved by designated approvers and the documentation is validated, filed and maintained as per Clicks Group requirements.
- Manage the monthly reconciliation process to identify and resolve any possible discrepancies between billing systems.
- Deliver agreed regular and ad hoc financial reports related to billing of income.
- Track, file, archive signed originals and upload electronically all supplier trading, co-op, advertising and any other agreements to ensure compliance with the Group document retention requirements.
- Manage and organise regular supplier review meetings as per instruction and manage annual supplier review calendar.
- Support vendor listing process by providing guidance to the merchandise teams, ensuring all required documentation is duly completed and the steps of the process are tracked.
- Maintain and manage BBBEE certification and track progress by supplier.
- Support internal or external audit by preparing required materials, samples and reports.
- Support advertising income process by tracking and reporting occupancy of advertising space and discounts given to suppliers.
