Purpose
We Do The Right Things**:
- **Responsibilities of the Role
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products inclusive of Service Cloud and CPQ+
- Engage effectively with various internal Lines of Business and 3rd Parties to ensure best of breed maturation of Salesforce
- Build customized solutions in within the Clickatell Salesforce deployments and instances, as well as associated systems that support business requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholder groups to understand their business processes and requirements and how these translate and align with Salesforce
- Research and recommend enhancements to Salesforce based on best practices for the verticals, market, and go to market portfolio applicable to Clickatell
- Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs and requirements
- Define technical solutions in Salesforce to support business work processes.
- Create design and technical specification documentation.
- Build and deliver applicable training and enablement for various Salesforce user roles and profiles
- Provide support and drive resolution of Salesforce issues
- Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders for all ongoing and planned projects
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems to ensure optimal integration with business critical platforms (eg: Hubspot, Outreach, Demandbase)
- Ensure continuous process optimisation is prioritised as the foundation for day to day activities
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Maintaining the Salesforce deployments, as well as building custom reports and dashboards for various internal stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Identify unused or underutilised platform features
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to do so
- Monitor and improve user adoption

- Requirements of the Role
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges and additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder preferable
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science would be advantageous.
- Work Experience
- 2-3 years System Administrator experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Strong track record as a project manager (1-3 years of experience)
- Experience in developing processes and capturing technical documentation
- Experience with Java or other web-based technologies preferred
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Knowledge and Ability
- Team-oriented but able to work autonomously with mínimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Technical aptitude, particularly with CRM technologies (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong sense of customer focus and the importance of the voice of the customer
