**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Serve as a support system administrator for the Salesforce and Pardot environments across the company's global user base.
- Ensure optimal performance of marketing systems and products
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
- Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups; import leads, contacts, and other data.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests to upgrade/modify the systems
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- As requested, create new processes, forms, workflows, fields, etc. as needed.
- Support administrative functions including user account maintenance, company reports and dashboards, workflows, and other tasks.
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades and new releases.
- Ensure successful user adoption of all tools.
- Manage integrations
- Conduct administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Evaluate new releases/functionality/versions of technology tools and recommend best course of action to the organization.
- Develop training tools and train new users and grow the marketing automation skill set across the organization.
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Support the management of relationships with any external vendors providing services implementing or supporting external technologies.

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Certifications as a Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Pardot Specialist a must; Business Analyst Certification a plus
