Selection Administrator

**Reports to**: Selection Manager
**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**
Marketing and Awareness
- Administrative support to the Selection Manager regarding the eligibility quiz and subsequent communication with successful applicants
- Extraction of eligibility quiz backend data
- Coordination and support to the Selection Manager regarding specific online marketing and awareness activities including webinars and online partner engagements
- Coordination and support to the Selection Manager regarding specific in person selection events
Application
- Audit of selection documentation (ID, age, academic results etc.) to ensure eligibility requirements have been met
Application Assessment
- Coordination of selection assessment training
- Coordination of moderation
Interview Administration
- Implementation of the interview project plan
- Administering interview sign ups
- Administering interviewer particulars such as their address, banking details, data and laptop requirements, previous JGF interviewer training experience through Salesforce
- Coordination of data and laptops to interviewers as needed
- Coordination of interviewer branded good packs
- Scheduling payment of the interviewer invoices
Interviewer Training
- Coordination of interview training
- Assignment and tracking of interviews to interviewers
- Coordination of interview moderations
- Communication of interviews to interviewees and subsequent follow ups as are required
- Trouble shooting and proactive escalation of issues that are indicative of issues relating to quality and timing of the interview project plan
Selection Camp
Assessor Administration
- Implementation of the assessor project plan
- Administering assessor sign ups
- Administering assessor particulars such as their address, banking details, data and laptop requirements, previous JGF interviewer training experience through Salesforce
- Coordination of data and laptops to assessors as needed
- Coordination of assessor branded good packs
- Scheduling payment of the assessor invoices
Assessor Training
- Coordination of assessor training
- Communication of training material, assessment training schedule to assessors
- Assignment and tracking of assessed activities to assessors including development of links to all activities
- Coordination of assessor quality control process
- Communication and follow ups with assessors as required
- Trouble shooting and proactive escalation of issues that are indicative of issues relating to quality and timing of the assessment project plan
Psychometric Components
- Support to the process of psychometric testing as is required
**Job requirements**
- Identification with JGF’s Vision, Mission and Ethos
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 years relevant experience
- Proficiency or rapid adoption of IT platforms such as Salesforce, Easyhire, Planner, Sharepoint, WhatsApp chatbot platforms
