**Job Title**: German-Speaking Part-Time Admin Support (Travel Industry)
**Location**: Cape Town CBD, On-Site
**Hours**: Part-time, 4-6 hours daily (Monday to Friday), half or 2/3 position
**Salary**: R10,000
**About Us**:
**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Admin Support professional with experience in the travel industry to join our team part-time. This role is based on-site and is essential to our daily operations, from invoicing and payments to data management and client service support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, payments, and document management.
- Support hotel contracting processes and maintain updated records in our system.
- Assist with flight ticketing and booking, including working with platforms like Amadeus and Galileo (experience beneficial but not required).
- Ensure high accuracy in data entry and client interactions.
- Use Excel, Word, and OneNote to maintain organized records, track tasks, and report on progress.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and client queries.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and industry standards as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry is highly preferred. Experience with Excel, Word, and OneNote is required, and familiarity with invoicing and payments is essential. Exposure to hotel contracting, Amadeus, Galileo, and flight ticketing is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Mindset: Motivated to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and willing to develop into a more autonomous role over time.
- Availability: This is an on-site position, based in our Cape Town CBD office. Applicants must be available Monday through Friday for 4-6 hours per day.
