We are looking for an outstanding German Speaking customer support specialist to join the ViVa team

(Please note this in an on-site job located in Cape Town)

**About our client**:
The client is a leading provider of certification examinations all over the world. For more than 10 years, have played a large role in certifying the know-how of IT professionals in over 90 countries on 6 continents in 10 languages. With over 30,000 certifications per year, they pave the way for successful career development.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with other departments within the company as required to ensure accurate responses are provided to both customers and team members.
- Ensure any required actions are quickly and accurately taken relating to the nature of the correspondence.
- Ensure all required systems are kept updated with details of the customer’s correspondence, such as the input of new customer information.

Experience and qualifications:

- Experience providing customer support in technical environment
- Have a minimum of 1-2 year experience in Customer Support
- Be quick and efficient
- Experience in dealing with written correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Suit (Excel, Word)
- Excellent English and German literary skills

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
