Farming Input Admin Co-ordinator
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Demonstrated work experience of minimum 5 years. Experience and background in Procurement will be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Co-ordination of admin inputs.
- Administration of SVA (Sourcing Vendor Award - aligns with non-Trade procurement Policy) managed on a system called Service Now (I.T ticketing platform) & PQ (Purchase Quote converted to Purchase Order) Approval process.
- Administration of Purchase Orders.
- Assisting with overall ad hoc administration.
- Liaising with Credit Function to match invoicing.
- Monitoring of Actual vs Budget Spend of approved SVA & PQ’s.
- Assisting with quotation processes.

- Strong demonstrated experience in administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and high a degree of accuracy.
- Strong Excel proficiency.
- Excellent numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
