An exciting opportunity has become available within the retail industry for an Admin Assistant. The position is based in Paarden Island.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Experience as an Administrator
- Knowledge of MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook; One Drive; Accounting and Inventory Software
- Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Exceptional English reading / writing and detail orientated
- Own reliable transport
- Willing to work on Saturdays (this can be done remotely)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reception Assistance (Answer overflow calls, take messages, provide assistance to customers with regards to products, prices and any pending orders)
- Collation of picking slips - entering in excel, verify courier weigh bills, filing them
- Minor procurement of office supplies
- Vehicle documentation to be up to date for each vehicle
- Clocking & Leave system to be updated daily
- Ensure leave forms are completed and captured daily, follow up missed clock-ins absence, sick leave, annual leave etc
- Reporting - fulfilment, debtors daily & weekly etc
- Ensuring creditor invoices have been notated correctly and scan them to Hubdoc
- Filing of all relevant documentation received (supplier invoices, picking slips, stock take counts, leave forms, company memo’s etc)
- Daily payment reconciliation
- Capture of all vehicle fuel and expenses on Vehicle Fleet Manager 4.0
- Stock take - scan count sheets and save in relevant folder on share drive - to be up to date at all times
- Ensuring documentation for casual wages payments are issued correctly and received back from the relevant managers completed.
- Any other tasks - travel arrangements etc
- Assist the MD with rental collections and any adhoc requests
