We seek an experienced Regional FMCG Sales & Merchandising Manager for the Western Cape Region.

Please note that this is a _**BEE role / vacancy.**_
- **The roles, responsibilities and duties of this position are ~**_
- Ensure that budgets are achieved in the region
- Ensure that sales agents in the region are well managed & led
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers of the Company
- Develop clear lines of communication channels with customers, colleagues, staff, and management
- Effectively manage allocated key accounts in your region
- Ensuring that effective administrative control is exercised over the region
- Ensuring effective reporting to Head office on your region
- **Required skills are ~**_A tertiary qualification in sales
- 5+ years management experience in a similar role in FMCG
- knowledge of best practices in FMCG sales & merchandising management
- a clear understanding of local employment legislation & policies
- Good Commercial acumen
- MS Office & advanced Excel an advantage
- To regularly Travel to the Garden Route, Hermanus, Bredasdorp, Swellendam, Vredenberg etc
