Help customers with complaints and questions; give customers information about products and services and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions.

**Main Activities**:

- Serves customers by providing product and service related information, resolving product and service problems but not limited to
- Dealing with Customer services Inbound calls for all affinities
- Resolves product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint and request
- Determine the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution
- Expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure timeous resolution
- To achieve great customer experience and satisfaction at all times
- To action customer instructions in an efficient, professional and timeous manner
- To action administrative requirements related to customer account management accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Self-monitoring, personal/time management & self-discipline
- Learning agility & adaptability
- Take ownership of tasks and service related activity
- To action any other instruction by the team leader from time to time
- Managing various channels with regards to customer service
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure quality scores meet set our targets
- Adhere to scripting if and when required
- Grade 12
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Admin logistics background will be an advantage
- Strong computer literacy and PC skills
- Experience/knowledge of retail account assistance services advantageous
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Highly motivated and high energy levels
- High problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to show empathy and handle customers sensitively
- Professional approach
- Ability to flexible and display strong adaptability skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience
- Time & self-management skills with the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise
- Knowledge of contact centre and customer support functions / services
