We're looking for a qualified **Help Desk Support** with excellent communication skills. This is for a **full-time, work from home** role to cover **EDT/EST schedule**. The Help Desk Support will be part of our team where they will be helping banks to assist their merchants. Assistance is needed for PCI certification of the merchants that help them against fraudulent attacks and other similar cases. Well-defined procedure is available for completion of work with the goal of delivering quality service both to banks and their merchants. We look for individuals who enjoy a challenge and mental exercise. This position is permanent work from home where the company is based in South Africa.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer queries proficiently and professionally in consideration of quality expectations
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to discussions on challenging queries
- Accurately update database and logs for seamless consolidation of the changes that ensue
- Understand that data are sensitive and unwarranted disclosure is avoided

**Qualifications**
- Experience working in a customer support environment is preferred
- Competency in both oral and written English
- Interpersonal skills that aid in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing
- Calmness and collectedness under pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Apt learning and understanding of foreign concepts
- Commitment to quality service based on customer's needs
- Has the ability to empathize with customer concerns
- Good at providing instructions
- Amenable to midshift/graveyard shift.
- **Workplace should be conducive, free from background noise**

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,500.00 per month
