Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in IT support, help desk or technical support
- Remote desktop support tools: RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC
- Prior experience or exposure to security systems or logistics software is preferred
- Strong Windows administration experience
- Zabbix or other network monitoring tools
- Cloud-based systems experience
KPAs:
- 24/7 help desk support
- Conduct site checks
- Resolve technical issues
- Manage tickets, reprint tickets and update records
- Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues
- Cloud support
Please note that this help desk environment runs 24/7, therefore this role will require shift work.
