  • Zabbix certifications or monitoring tools certification
  • Matric essential
  • Degree would be advantageous

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in IT support, help desk or technical support
  • Remote desktop support tools: RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC
  • Prior experience or exposure to security systems or logistics software is preferred
  • Strong Windows administration experience
  • Zabbix or other network monitoring tools
  • Cloud-based systems experience

KPAs:

  • 24/7 help desk support
  • Conduct site checks
  • Resolve technical issues
  • Manage tickets, reprint tickets and update records
  • Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues
  • Cloud support

Please note that this help desk environment runs 24/7, therefore this role will require shift work.
