Responsibilities:
  • Achieve personal goals related to KPIs, sales quota, number of discovery calls, and number of new pipeline deals created
  • Self-source deals through outbound prospecting efforts to build and maintain your pipeline
  • Conduct qualification/discovery calls to qualify new prospects
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns focused on target accounts (email, direct mail, calls, social touches, video)
  • Manage the sales cycle and create a sense of urgency to ensure deals close in a timely manner
  • Gain proficiency with the product, the pain the Sterimax solves, key value propositions, and objection handling to support opportunity development
  • Diligently log, track, and report on KPIs, tasks, and relevant prospect information in CRM and other sales tools
  • Proactively seek out professional development opportunities to hone sales craft and introduce best practices, learning, and ideas to help improve sales team performance
Requirements:
  • Adept at conducting entire sales process (from cold outreach to close)
  • Critical thinker adept at solving problems with creative solutions and tactics
  • Self-starter; ability to achieve goals without daily supervision
  • Looking to join an established company with ambitious growth plans
  • Willingness to be held accountable
  • 2-4 years experience in sales at an early-stage company or smaller privately-owned company
  • Passionate for sales and developing relationships; avidly seeks knowledge to improve your skillset
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative/technical skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, bright, good communicator
  • Ensure all activity is accurately logged in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics Sales Professional)
The Sales Process:Prequalify Stage
  1. Phone calls to the company
  2. LinkedIn messaging to key contacts
  3. Use platforms like Cognism or Lusha for additional information
  4. Send emails when necessary
Stage I - Qualify Prospect and Establish Requirements
  1. This is the discovery stage; can book teams or discuss over phone
  2. Discover types and quantities of gloves
  3. Determine cost per glove
  4. Identify the current vendor
  5. Investigate additional products being used
  6. Gather known contract details
  7. Understand storage requirements
  8. Identify pain points
Stage II - Selling the Company's Offerings
  1. Send a quote and lead times within 24 hours
  2. Follow up within 48 hours
  3. Send samples
  4. Collect any missing information from Stage I
  5. Quantify the impact of the identified pain
  6. Understand the buying process (budget source, signatory)
  7. Identify additional contacts
Stage III - Secure Orders & Account Management
  1. Secure the order
  2. Cross-sell additional products to the client
  3. Build and strengthen the relationship
  4. Maintain regular contact with client
  5. Continue to identify new opportunities for growth and increase in share of wallet
