**POSITION: RECEPTIONIST /ADMIN KLERK**
**AREA: Pretoria - OOS**
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans. (Read, Speak and Understand)
- Efficient skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel + Word)
- Printing, Copying, Scanning, Sorting and Filing - Attention to detail important.
- Requesting of quotations and invoices.
- Basic Accounting understanding - for quotation and invoice comparisons, petty cash recons + completing of requisitions (GL allocations, VAT and Discount treatment).
- Trustworthy, honest, and punctual.
- Booking of venues, flights, and accommodation.
- Purchase of monthly head office supplies and record keeping thereof.
- Ad hoc Head Office tasks and administration as and when required.
Estimate Gross Salary:
Between R10,000 - R12,000 per month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
